Terms & Conditions for .lamborghini RDDS Request

In submitting a request, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept these Terms and Conditions you will not be permitted to submit a request. Information that you provide with this request will be logged and stored by us according to GDPR. We may provide this information to data protection authorities, data subjects, or law enforcement. In your request, you must specify the legitimate use for which the data is being requested. Data will be provided only to legitimate requesters. We will determine whether or not the specified use is legitimate and proportionate, and we reserve the right to request further information or evidence to establish legitimacy.

By submitting a request, you warrant that:

• You will not use this service or any information provided by us in a way that is inconsistent with any applicable law, rule, regulation or statute or any policy issued by us;
• You will take reasonable precautions to protect any information provided by us from loss, misuse, alteration, or unauthorized access or disclosure;
• You will not disclose, publish, or otherwise use any information provided by us for any purpose other than that which is specified in your request for such information; and
• any information provided through this service or in response to your request is 'as is' and we make no guarantees of it its accuracy.



You must process any personal data received through this service or in response to a request exclusively for the legitimate purpose specified in the request. You must not use this data:

• to allow, enable or otherwise support in any way the transmission of unsolicited, commercial advertising or other solicitations whether via direct mail, e-mail, telephone or otherwise;
• to enable high volume, automated, electronic processes that apply to the service or associated systems;
• for targeted advertising in any possible way;
• to cause nuisance in any possible way to individuals by sending (whether by automated, electronic processes capable of enabling high volumes or other possible means) messages to them; or
